The general guidelines for Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) exemption code C10 have been reorganized to provide specific information on the requirement to be an economic, social or cultural benefit to Canada. Suggestions for specific fields to review in the Global Case Management System (GCMS) and coding instructions have been added with explanations for specific fields.

The section on Jamaican liaison officers was removed from the Canada–International Non-Trade Agreements (LMIA exemption code T11) instructions and expanded upon to include other Caribbean countries under the Seasonal Agricultural Workers Program. The new instructions are now on their own page named Caribbean Agricultural Liaison Officers.
