The text of the refusal grounds in Global Case Management System (GCSM) for paragraphs R179(b), R200(1)(b) and R216(1)(b) have been updated to reduce client contacts with the Department because they didn’t understand their refusal letters.
For each of these paragraphs, there is now an “Intro paragraph” that must be selected in conjunction with the other specific reasons.
