The instructions have been updated to reflect the ratification of Malaysia of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership on November 29, 2022.
In addition, the instructions for professionals have been updated to reflect the new coding and language under the National Occupational Classification 2021.
