Program delivery update: Who can apply at a port of entry

Certain foreign nationals inside of Canada are no longer able to apply for a work permit at a port of entry. A banner has been added to the following instructions with the new eligibility criteria.
Updated instructions
- Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) and International Mobility Program (IMP): Persons who may apply at a port of entry
- Work related to a research, educational or training program – exemption codes C31, C32 and C33 (International Mobility Program)
- Family members of foreign nationals authorized to work in high-skilled occupations (TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3) - [R205(c)(ii) – C41 and C46] – Canadian interest – International Mobility Program (IMP)
