- We are redesigning our immigration system to enhance the client experience, program integrity and efficiency, all enabled by new technologies and data capabilities.
- We use digital tools to support faster, more consistent service delivery.
- An enhanced digital platform will enable us to better manage shifting application volumes and support faster processing times.
- Results: We have a new online account, new client support tools, online passport renewals, a digital visa pilot and automatic release of officer decisions notes for temporary resident application refusals.
- Before any new tool is introduced, we carefully assess its impacts on clients and our immigration system.
