IRCC Client Support Centre resumes calls
Ottawa, Tuesday, April 27, 2020—Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s Client Support Centre, which has been serving clients through email during the pandemic, has reopened call operations to respond to questions clients may have about their applications.
Due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, call operations are at reduced capacity. Agents are available to take calls Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
Given new systems that have been put in place to support agents working remotely, technical issues may occur. Thank you for your patience as we continue to work to address operational challenges resulting from this global pandemic.
As always, online enquiries can be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through IRCC's online webform.
