How to Get a Police Certificate – Egypt

If you need to give your fingerprints for a police certificate, this isn’t the same as giving your biometrics (fingerprints and photo) for an application.

How to get a Police Certificate:

If you are a citizen of Egypt:

If you live in Egypt:

You should apply in person at your local police station. Fingerprints will be recorded on the front of the certificate and the fingerprint check results will be recorded on the back. You are responsible for picking up your completed Criminal Record.

If you live outside of Egypt:

You should apply at your nearest Egyptian embassy or consulate.
