If you live in Nauru:
You should apply in person or by mail to the Office of the Commissioner of Police (see Special notes and considerations for complete address).
If you live outside of Nauru:
You must apply by mail to the Office of the Commissioner of Police (see Special notes and considerations for complete address).

- Applicable fees, to be paid in cash, to the Revenue Office at Government Offices – Yaren District
