To be eligible for a study permit under this pilot, you must

  • apply to a program of study and receive a letter of acceptance from one of the schools on the list below
    • Make sure the school knows that you’re interested in applying for a study permit through the FMCSP.
    • More participating schools may be added to the list below in the future.
  • meet the financial requirement, which depends on the city where the main campus of your school is located

Participating designated learning institutions

As agreements are reached with learning institutions (outside Quebec) to participate in the pilot, they will be added there. Please check the list regularly.

How much money you need

The amount of money you need to have for living expenses to be eligible for the FMCSP depends on the size of the community where the main campus of your school is located. You must also show that you have enough money to pay your tuition fees.
