About our activities
The Government of Canada regularly organizes information sessions, networking events and recruitment initiatives targeting French-speaking or bilingual candidates.
Destination Canada Education
This online information, networking, and recruitment fair is intended for French-speakers and bilingual professionals in the fields of education (from kindergarten to grade 12), French as a second language teaching, and early childhood education.
These activities will take place online on November 20, 21 and 22, 2025.

- online on February 2, 3 and 4, 2026
- in Tunis, Tunisia, on February 9, 10 and 11, 2026
- in Paris, France, on February 14, 2026
Registration will open in December 2025.
What to expect from our activities
Our activities will connect you with
- representatives from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada who will explain Canada’s immigration procedures
- representatives from Canada’s provinces and territories, regions and municipalities, as well as Francophone communities, who will share information about their regions, cities, communities and immigration programs
- people who will answer your questions about life in French in Canada (outside Quebec) and services offered to newcomers
- organizations that evaluate your educational credentials and run approved language tests for immigration to Canada
- employers who are looking to fill positions in Canada, in provinces and territories other than Quebec
You’ll also be able to attend conferences and workshops that will give you an overview of Canada.
Participation is free for all candidates, but the number of spots is limited.
