Canadian employers with positions to fill in provinces and territories other than Quebec can participate as exhibitors in information, networking and recruitment events.
Our events give you access to a pool of qualified candidates from around the world.
Some of the candidates invited to participate will have a work permit or permanent residence, but the majority will not. They will be eligible for a facilitated work permit under the francophone stream. This stream allows you to hire Francophone or bilingual foreign nationals for positions outside Quebec without having to get a labour market impact assessment.
Employers who can’t participate directly can share their job offers with exhibitors from
- their province or territory
- their city or region
- an economic development agency
- the Réseau de développement économique et d’employabilité (available in French only)
These exhibitors will be able to refer candidates who meet the requirements for your positions.

These activities will take place
- online on February 2, 3 and 4, 2026
