Today, the Honourable Ruby Sahota, Minister of Democratic Institutions and Minister responsible for the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario), announced a combined repayable investment of nearly $19 million for 10 manufacturers in the homebuilding and construction sectors to expand production capabilities and adopt new equipment.

These efforts are closely aligned with the goals of Canada’s Housing Plan, a historic plan to ensure all Canadians have access to housing.
