The Dr. Carson & Marion Murray Community Centre has been an activity hub for Springhill area residents since 2004. That's little surprise given the facilities available-an NHL-sized ice surface; a walking track; baseball and soccer fields; basketball and tennis courts and a teen centre. Infrastructure improvements will help the centre further develop its economic and social role in Cumberland County, attracting a wider range of concerts, conferences, trade shows, and sporting events.
