Further to the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s inquiry (NQ-2026-002), the Tribunal today found that the dumping and subsidizing of forged grinding media, originating in or exported from China, have not caused injury to the domestic industry, but are threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry. Anti-dumping and countervailing duties will therefore be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency. The complainant in this case was Moly-Cop Canada of Kamloops, British Columbia.
