Prior to teaching at Queen’s, she was a partner in the Competition & Foreign Investment and International Trade practice groups at Stikeman Elliott LLP, where she practiced in Ottawa and Toronto. She has over 30 years of experience practicing administrative law, specializing in competition, foreign investment and international trade law.
