The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today terminated its final injury inquiry to determine whether the dumping of corrosion-resistant steel sheet, originating in or exported from the Republic of Türkiye, by Borçelik Çelik Sanayi Ticaret, has injured Canadian producers. The Tribunal’s inquiry was required by law as a result of the initiation of a dumping investigation by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
