Today, the Honourable Rona Ambrose, Minister of Health and Member of Parliament for Edmonton-Spruce Grove, announced support of $66,547 for the Callingwood-Lymburn Community League Outdoor Rink under the Government of Canada's Canada 150 Community Infrastructure Program.
The Parliamentary Secretary for Infrastructure and Communities and Member of Parliament for Kitchener-Waterloo, Peter Braid, was joined today by the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister Responsible for Southwestern Ontario and Member of Parliament for Haldimand Norfolk and Ian Orchard, Vice-President, Academic and Provost of the University of Waterloo, to announce funding of up to $24.7 million for the University of Waterloo Science Complex under the New Building Canada Plan, in Ontario which will help the University respond to growing admission demands and support new fields of research done by graduates and undergraduates.

July 31, 2015-Ottawa-The Government of Canada will support a project to foster stronger relations between Canada's Jewish and Muslim communities of North African origin, announced Jason Kenney, Minister for Multiculturalism.
The Communauté Sépharade Unifiée du Québec (CSUQ) will receive up to $260,000 under Citizenship and Immigration Canada's Inter-Action program. Over the course of the three-year project, the Canadian Francophone Sephardic Jewish community will work in partnership with the Maghrebi Muslim community to develop skills and best practices on integration and settlement issues. The project will bring the communities together to encourage active and engaged citizenship.
