The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced today that Daniel E. Helton, 51, of Goshen, Ohio, was convicted of smuggling pursuant to the Customs Act on October 15 in Lethbridge Provincial Court. He received a $6,000 fine, 10-year weapons prohibition, and forfeiture of seized items.
