The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced today that on May 26, in Woodstock Provincial Court, MYB Franchise Inc. pleaded guilty to two charges under the paragraphs 153(a) and 153(c) of the Customs Act for making false statements and evasion of duties. As a result, the company was fined $4,000.
