Last Tuesday, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) officers arrested a resident of the Saint-François-Xavier-Brompton area, in the Estrie region, after the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) intercepted a parcel containing one litre of GBL, a controlled substance used in the production of GHB, which is also known as the "rape drug".
