Prime Minister Stephen Harper today announced the appointment of The Honourable David B. Orsborn, a judge of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, Trial Division, as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, Trial Division.
