Industrial and Technological Benefits (ITB) Policy

Defence and security opportunities. Under the ITB, we work with small and medium businesses, industry associations, post-secondary institutions and others to promote their capabilities and make connections to large defence companies.

Export Navigator

Support for exporting internationally. PacifiCan and the Province of B.C. fund Community Futures British Columbia to provide one-on-one advice, resources, industry connections and support services for trade readiness and expansion.

Trade Accelerator Program

Support for trading internationally. Through PacifiCan funding, the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade provides training, mentorship and networking on a broad range of trade topics.

Domestic Trade Commissioner Network (DTCN)

Support for companies wanting to expand trade within Canada. In collaboration with provinces, territories, other regional development agencies and their partners, the DTCN supports domestic trade by building connections and helping businesses explore domestic trade opportunities.

Business Acceleration Pilot (BizAP)

Support for organizations that help businesses scale-up. PacifiCan provides funding to organizations that work directly with high-growth potential businesses to accelerate their growth.

Capital Compass

Information on B.C. startups, investors and businesses. PacifiCan, in collaboration with InBC, Innovate BC and New Ventures BC, provides comprehensive information about B.C. companies and capital sources.
