Epidemiological Summary:

During epidemiological week 52, 2021, no new cases of measles or rubella were reported in Canada Footnote 2. To date in 2021, no cases of measles and no cases of rubella have been reported. The last case of measles was reported in February 2020. The last case of rubella was reported in December 2019. The last case of congenital rubella syndrome/infection was reported in September 2018.
