Coming in 2027: A new scientific journal
The Public Health Agency of Canada will launch a new scientific journal offering a single, comprehensive platform that will showcase the full spectrum of public health research, including health promotion and chronic and communicable disease prevention and control. The new journal is anticipated to launch in spring 2027 and will begin accepting new manuscripts at that time. The first issue is currently planned for late 2027. More information will be available in the coming months!
The Canada Communicable Disease Report is a bilingual, open-access, peer-reviewed journal on the prevention and control of emerging and persistent infectious diseases. Learn more about CCDR.
