LHHR 16-02: PSC Staffing Briefs published on GCPedia

To support the upcoming implementation of the new Appointment Framework, the Public Service Commission (PSC) has started publishing a series of Staffing Briefs on the New Direction in Staffing page on GCPedia.    

A Staffing Brief is intended to address a single issue or a question shared by a number of organizations.  For example, the most recent Staffing Brief is intended to answer questions about appointment processes started before April 1, 2016, when the revised Appointment Framework comes into effect.
