Technical difficulties

If technical difficulties arise during the test (for example, your computer crashes or you accidentally close your browser window), log back into the system and continue where you left off. Do not delay because your allotted time for completing the test elapses even while you are logged out of the system.

In the event of extreme technical difficulties (for example, an extended power outage), contact the HelpDesk online or by email at cfp.emploisgc-gcjobs.psc@cfp-psc.gc.ca between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.
