Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise indicated above, the following cancellation policies apply:

Second Language Evaluation Test

A no-show fee per test will be charged for every candidate who does not attend their Second Language Evaluation (SLE) test.

Departments and agencies must notify the PSC at least 4 business days in advance if they wish to reschedule or cancel a Second Language Evaluation – Oral Language Assessment (SLE-OLA) test.

For reading comprehension or written expression tests administered by the PSC, departments and agencies must notify the PSC at least 2 business days in advance if they wish to reschedule or cancel a test.

PSC Test Administration of Non-SLE Tests

Clients will be invoiced in full for all non-SLE PSC test administration when a 5 business day cancellation notice has not been provided to the PSC.

Assessment Centres and Simulations

Clients will be invoiced in full for all assessment centre and simulation administration sessions when a 10 business day cancellation notice has not been provided to the PSC.

Executive Counselling Services

A one-hour charge will be invoiced for any missed appointments (without notice or less than 2 business days' notice).
