Privacy Notice Statement

Collection and use of personal information is in accordance with the Privacy Act. This personal information is used solely for the purposes of confirming that individual test results to be sent from the PSC's test results database to the requester do indeed belong to those of the requester. The personal information collected is held in Personal Information Bank “Second Language Evaluation (SLE) Test Results” and Personal Information Bank “Occupational Test Results” which are administered by the Personnel Psychology Centre of the Public Service Commission of Canada. This information is collected in accordance with paragraph 30(2) (a) and Section 11 of the PSEA. In some cases, information may be disclosed without your consent for purposes not outlined here pursuant to Subsection 8(2) of the Privacy Act. Hard copy files are retained for five (5) years and then destroyed. Candidate test results are kept indefinitely on computerized files.

The Privacy Act states that you have the right to access your personal information and to request changes to incorrect information.
