Supplier enrolment (obtaining a supplier account)
Enrolment in the Centralized professional services system (CPSS) provides a company with a Supplier Main Contact login account and also creates an initial company profile. Enrolment does not pre-qualify a company under a Method of Supply (MoS). Pre-qualification involves using your supplier account to bid during an open solicitation and having that bid successfully result in the award of a supply arrangement.
Once enrolled, your Supplier Main Contact account will give you access to a Solicitation Dashboard where open solicitations can be bid for. Step-by-step instructions on how to enter a bid for each MoS can be found in their respective Request For Supply Arrangement (RFSA) tender documents as posted on CanadaBuys. Requirements for enrolment
The following are mandatory fields in the enrolment process:
- A Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) business number
- An Ariba Network ID (ANID) successfully associated with CanadaBuys

Steps to enrol
- Complete the Supplier Enrolment Form
- You will receive an email to confirm your enrolment, where you must click the confirmation link provided
- Once confirmed you will receive your credentials via 2 separate emails, along with a link where you can log into the system
