Interac is under contract with the Government of Canada to provide a Credential Broker Service called Interac sign-in service. This service will allow clients to access online services using their existing sign-in information that they have with one of the Sign-In Partners.

The information you enter (e.g. username, password) and the identity of the financial institution are not shared with the Canada Revenue Agency. Similarly, none of your personal tax information will be shared with your financial institution. No personally identifying information or banking details are ever shared.
