1. Why did I receive the response “Insufficient information entered?”
The information entered does not match information on file at the Canada Revenue Agency. Check that the information you entered matches what your supplier provided:
- business name
- order of the name
- GST/HST account number
- transaction date
2. Why did I receive the response “Not registered on the transaction date entered?”
According to the Canada Revenue Agency’s records, the supplier was not registered on the transaction date you entered. Check the business name, GST/HST account number, and transaction date, and try again.
