1. What is a BC Services Card?

The BC Services Card is a government-issued identification assigned to BC residents that provides access to government services.

2. How can I use the BC Services Card to sign in to My Account?

The BC Services Card is a credential that the CRA is accepting to sign in to My Account. On the My Account for Individuals web page, select "Provincial partner sign in" and then sign in using your "BC Services Card" to gain access to the CRA's My Account.

3. Can I use the BC Services Card to sign in to other CRA sign-in services?

No. The BC Services Card can only be used to sign in to My Account for Individuals.

4. I am a resident of the province of British Columbia and already access My Account using an existing CRA user ID and password or Sign-In Partner, can I continue to use them?

Yes. The BC Services Card credential is another option being offered to BC residents only, however you can continue to use your existing sign-in information to access My Account.
