1. What is a BC Services Card?

The BC Services Card is a government-issued identification assigned to BC residents that provides access to government services.

2. How can I use the BC Services Card to sign into the CRA sign-in services?

The BC Services Card is a credential that the CRA is accepting to sign into My Account. On the My Account for Individuals web page, select "BC Services Card sign in" to use your BC Services Card to gain access to the CRA's My Account.

3. I am a BC resident and already access My Account using an existing CRA user ID and password or Sign-In Partner, can I continue to use them?

Yes. The BC Services Card credential is another option being offered to BC residents only, however you can continue to use your existing sign in information to access the My Account.
