1. What is a BC  Services Card?

The BC Services Card is a government-issued identification assigned to BC residents that provides access to government services.

2. How can I use the BC Services Card to log into the CRA login services?

The BC Services Card is a new credential that the CRA is accepting to log into the My Account for Individuals service only. On the My Account for Individuals web page, select "BC Services Card Login" to use your existing BC Services Card to gain access to the CRA's My Account for Individuals.

3. I am a BC resident and already access My Account for Individuals using an existing CRA user ID and password or Sign-In Partner, can I continue to use them?

Yes. The BC Services Card credential is another option being offered to BC residents only, however you can continue to use your existing login information to access the My Account for Individuals service.
