Note: When completing the T619, provide the Transmitter Account number OR the RepID OR both. Ensure that whichever account number or RepID is used to access the filing portal, the same account or Rep ID must be entered in the T619.

Transmitter CRA Account Number
- Required up to 15 alphanumeric (if signed in using My business account (MyBA) or Web access code (WAC))
- Can be a BN9 account, BN15 account, Trust account or NR4 account, depending on the electronic filing portal used
- Choose one of the following;

- 9 numeric, example: 000000000
- Can only be used if signed in using MyBA
- If signed in with a WAC, use <bn15></bn15>

<bn15></bn15>
- 15 alphanumeric; 9 numeric, 2 alpha (must be upper case) and 4 numeric (example 000000000RP0000, or 000000000RZ0000)
- Must be the same BN15 as the one used to sign in with a WAC or MyBA

<trust></trust>
- 1 alpha (must be upper case), 8 numeric, example: T00000000

<nr4></nr4>
- 3 alpha (must be upper case), 6 numeric, example: AAA000000

- Total number of summary records produced on this electronic filing.
