About Represent a Client - Services for representatives of registered plan owners
The services in Represent a Client (RAC) that are available to representatives on behalf of a registered plan owner depend on the level of authorization the registered plan owner has consented to:
- Level 1
- View information only
- Level 2
- View, change, and submit information
- Level 3
- View, change, and submit information, authorize another representative
- Legal representative
- Legal representatives of registered plan owners cannot access the Registered Plan. Administration Account by default but can be authorized as level 3 representatives by request.
