The My Ontario Account offers fast and easy ways to notify the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement, the Ontario Ministry of Finance, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, and the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) that you are updating your business information, closing your account, or cancelling your business name registration.

With the CRA, for the goods and services tax / harmonized sales tax (GST/HST), payroll deductions, and corporate income tax programs, you can:
- change the principal place of business address
- change the business mailing address
- change your program account contact information
