The Regulations Designating Regulatory Provisions for Purposes of Enforcement (Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999) will be amended to include the Formaldehyde Emissions from Composite Wood Products Regulations. The Designation Regulations identify provisions of various regulations made under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 as being subject to an enhanced fine range.
