Microsoft Teams softphone user guide

Are you a Microsoft (MS) Teams softphone user? 

If you’re an MS Teams softphone user, you’ll see a dial pad and your assigned softphone number under the Calls tab on the left side of the MS Teams app. If you don’t see a dial pad, you’re not an MS Teams softphone user and this service does not apply to you.
