Manage voicemail, call groups and delegates
Voicemail
To manage your voicemail settings, go to Calls, click Don’t forward in the bottom-left corner and select More Settings.
Next, click Manage voicemail. To record your voicemail greeting, click on Record a greeting. You will receive a call from your voicemail prompting you to record your greeting.
Note: Using the text-to-speech customized greeting option is not recommended.
Now that you have recorded a voicemail greeting, you may want to customize your voicemail settings. From Manage voicemail, you can choose what happens when a call is redirected to voicemail. You can also manage your out-of-office voicemail settings.
Call groups
To create a call group, go to Calls, click Don’t forward in the bottom-left corner and select More Settings.
Click Manage call group and select Add a call group.
Use the Add a call group member field to search for users in your organization and add them to the call group.
You can customize the order that members of the call group will receive incoming calls by clicking the Ring field.
Delegates
To manage your delegates, go to Calls, click Don’t forward in the bottom-left corner and select More Settings.
Click Manage delegates and select Add a delegate.
Use the Add a delegate field to search for users in your organization and add them as a delegate. Click on your delegate’s name to customize their privileges.
