Access your softphone

To access your softphone, click Calls on the left side of the MS Teams application. You will see the softphone dial pad in the top-left corner of your screen. If the Calls tab or dial pad are not visible, try rebooting your device. 

Your softphone number or work number appears immediately below the dial pad on the left side of your screen.
