The Office of the Taxpayers' Ombudsperson issues a variety of publications related to the activities of the Office and examinations completed. Through these publications, we draw attention to service issues at the Canada Revenue Agency, their impacts, and what could be done to improve service to taxpayers.

Annual Reports
Each annual report provides a yearly overview of the activities and statistics of the Office of the Taxpayers’ Ombudsperson over the fiscal year.
Systemic Examination Reports
When a systemic issue is identified, the Ombudsperson may open a systemic examination, or must do so at the request of the Minister of National Revenue.
Observation Papers
A summary of the Office's analysis of service issues and serves as a reference to guide informed debate.
