The eight rights we uphold
The Taxpayer Bill of Rights has 16 rights that describe the treatment you are entitled to when you deal with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Our Office is responsible for ensuring the CRA respects eight of these 16 rights.
We are mandated to uphold rights 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, and 15.
