Changes to the Leave Reporting System, New Leave Code – Leave with pay for union Business – Wellness Commitee

The purpose of this notice is to inform you that a new leave code has been created in the Leave Reporting System.

This new leave code has been created to keep track of the use of leave with pay for union Business – Wellness Committee and is effective on the date of signing of the relevant collective agreement.

Leave with pay

Code 642 - Leave with pay for Union Business – Wellness Committee.

Departments must ensure that their Leave Reporting System is amended accordingly. These leave transactions must be reported to the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat for each fiscal year period (April 1 to March 31), first reporting period starting .

All questions should be directed to your Departmental Corporate Labour Relations or Corporate Compensation Official who, if required will direct their questions to the Compensation and Labour Relations group at the following email address: Interpretations@tbs-sct.gc.ca.
