Pay notes

  1. A DS-7A, DS-7B or DS-08 employee not yet at the salary range maximum shall have their rate of pay increased:
    1. On , to a rate within the “A” pay scale which is 2.8% higher than their former rate of pay from line "$".
    2. On , to a rate within the “B” pay scale which is 2.2% higher than their former rate of pay from line “A”.
    3. On , to a rate within the “C” pay scale which is 1.5% higher than their former rate of pay from line “B”.
    4. On , to a rate within the “D” pay scale which is 1.5% higher than their former rate of pay from line “C”.
  2. The economic increases are to be applied to the DS-7A, DS-7B or DS-08 employee’s salary that was in effect on April 1 of the years above, following the application of any in-range salary movement resulting from the previous performance cycle.
  3. New salary ranges: The new salary ranges are obtained by applying the rate of increase effective in each year to the previous year’s minimum and maximum of the ranges, then rounding to the nearest dollar ($1).
