Performance Management for Certain Senior Excluded or Unrepresented Managers and Specialists

This page contains information on the performance management approach for senior excluded or unrepresented managers and specialists who are subject to the provisions of the Performance Pay Administration Policy for Certain Non-management Category Senior Excluded Levels.

Introduced in 2008–09, this new approach is part of our collective efforts to strengthening performance management in the Public Service.

Performance management programs also exist for senior personnel and executives.
