2025–26 Year-end Allocations from Treasury Board Central Votes
This report presents final allocations from Treasury Board Central Vote 50 – Defence and Security Initiatives, for the 2025-26 fiscal year. Allocations from other Treasury Board Central Votes will be added following the completion of year-end transactions.
Vote 50 – Defence and Security Initiatives $944,403,469
Treasury Board approved an allocation of up to $1,000,000,000, to supplement other appropriations for expenditures related to national defence or national security. This includes the authority for grants and contributions not listed in the Estimates, increases to the amounts of grants listed in Estimates, where expenditures are within the legal mandate of a government organization, and the authority to reuse any sums allotted and repaid to this appropriation from other appropriations.
