Rapports du Quartier général de l'armée (QGA), 1948 à 1959

Les Rapports du Quartier général de l’armée (QGA) ont été compilés par les membres de la Section historique de l’état-major de l’Armée canadienne entre 1948 et 1959. Ces rapports ont remplacé les Rapports du Quartier général militaire canadien après le retour de Londres au Canada du colonel C.P. Stacey et de son personnel (entre 1947 et 1948).

Quelques-uns des rapports sont des documents originaux du QGMC qui ont été améliorés en se basant sur de plus amples renseignements rassemblés pendant et après la Seconde Guerre mondiale. D'autres rapports contiennent du matériel entièrement nouveau qui n'était pas inclus dans les rapports du QGMC.

Ces documents ont été utilisés par les historiens pour leur travail qui a aussi servi de base au colonel Stacey et au lieutenant-colonel G.W.L. Nicholson pour écrire les histoires officielles.

Les rapports suivants du QGA sont déclassifiés et seront affichés en ligne au fil du temps. En tant que documents historiques, ces rapports sont seulement disponibles en anglais.
