Ways to Give
Giving is easy and secure.
Payroll deduction
Spread your donation evenly over the entire year. Deductions begin on the first pay in January.
- Your donation will appear on your T4 slip the following year, so you don’t have to keep track of multiple receipts.
Credit card
Give a one-time credit card donation, or spread out your donation with monthly donations.
- The charge will occur on the 15th day of each month.
PayPal
Make a one-time PayPal donation using ePledge and choose to immediately receive a tax receipt by email.
- On the ePledge form, checking off the PayPal button allows you to proceed to the PayPal site. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can create one at PayPal
- The “merchant” name is United Way Ottawa.
- The charge will occur immediately.
