Democratic Institutions

The Democratic Reform division in the Privy Council Office supports the Government in the development and implementation of its agenda to reform democratic institutions and processes. This includes providing policy analysis, departmental support, and advice to the Prime Minister, the Minister of Democratic Institutions, and the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons on matters related to the reform of Canada’s electoral processes and democratic institutions.
