The following services are inadmissible (i.e. not billable to the Government):
access to storage;
access to attics and crawl spaces (with the exception of attics in PMQs at CFB Borden and CFB Kingston);
cleaning;
connecting and disconnecting appliances (over and above that required to ensure that they are in working condition as required by appliance certification);
fumigation;
extra insurance in excess of the authorized coverage;
mothproofing;
provision of shipping bases for automatic washers;
removing or installing valance boxes, curtain rods, wall hooks for pictures, etc.;
taking up or putting down wall to wall carpets, hall runners;
