Your 2025 tax slips will be available in Phoenix Self-Service, MyGCPay internal access, and MyGCPay external access on February 25, 2026.
For more information on important dates and deadlines, please visit Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
You can now access your amended tax slips in MyGCPay
The Taxes tab in MyGCPay has been enhanced to help you easily access, download, and manage all of your available tax slips in one secure place. All employee tax slips, including amended tax slips from 2016 onward (if applicable) will be made available in the Taxes tab in MyGCPay. A new notification feature in the Taxes tab will notify you when amended tax slips are issued to your account.
In MyGCPay within the Taxes tab, employees can view the order of tax slips issued under the Sequence column. “0” represents the original slip, and higher numbers indicate subsequent amendments.
Refer to the Accessing and managing your tax slips page to find out what to do if you receive multiple or amended tax slips.
For more information about when amended tax slips are available, visit the Tax slips amendments schedule for employees.
Note: The CRA and Revenu Québec (RQ) have ceased their temporary practice of proactively reassessing amended tax slips issued for the last three years. Employees must now request reassessments through the CRA or RQ for the corresponding tax year.
Employees on leave without pay or without access to a Government of Canada (GC) network
- Log in or register for MyGCPay external access to view your tax slips using a personal device.
Note: You can’t access MyGCPay external access on a GC network.
